This is an INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION form for Genesis Sports Complex Baseball League. You must know your team name and coach's name to register an individual. Please make sure you read our league program and fully understand it before registering. In order for your team to guarantee a spot in league, you must register at least 9 players, paid for in full.
